12/3/21 - This is a scarce Steyr Model 1912 pistol rig that was manufactured in 1918 as part of the Bavarian contract order. These pistols are identified by serial range and the lack of a letter block. This particular gun has about 97-98% of the original blue with just a bit of bluing loss from the holster on the front edges of the slide. It's the nicest example that we've encountered, and has a terrific bore and minty grips. Slide and frame are both 1918 dated, and right side of frame has military inspectors mark. Comes with an original holster that is maker marked on the closure strap. It also includes two stripper clips with period German 9mm Steyr ammo.
